1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as “Non-Returnable.”
- Perfumes, cosmetics, or personal-care items (due to hygiene reasons), unless received damaged.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, Payoneer, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. International Orders
- For orders outside Pakistan:
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
